It’s likely you’re trying to purchase items from different Vendors. Due to delivery costs and varied distances, the checkout will only allow items to be purchased from one Vendor at a time.

Your store name can be your real name or a name you’d like people to use. We’ve kept the same sign up form to keep things simple, however once you’ve selected ‘Neighbour’ in the drop down menu during vendor sign up - we’ll ensure you’ll be treated as such.

The product was sold to you by the Vendor. As we’re an intermediary it is up to the Vendor to ensure your delivered product is up to standard and will be responsible for rectifying any unsatisfactory product(s). If you search for a product on DressBook and do not find any results it means we do not currently have a Vendor selling that item. However we add new products and Vendors every week, so you can keep checking as it may be added very soon!

This is likely to be due to seasonal demand. Fruit and vegetables often have certain seasons they’re available in and our Vendors only advertise what they have available in real time. If it was not a seasonal product, we may have a technical glitch or the product is out-of-stock. Either way, get in

Our delivery prices are based on the product, the quantity and distance. For example - if you order an item from a vendor in your own parish, delivery cost would be less than an ordering coming to you from Vendor in another Parish.

We do not have a flat fee as we ensure all our couriers are paid fairly, to make sure all Jamaicans profit from DressBook!
